On Friday the 22nd of August 2008, the World Intellectual Property Organisation decided to transfer ownership of the domain names www.uk-muscle.com and www.uk-muscle.net back to their legal owner Mr Giles Thomas.

Since there is an ongoing separate court case associated with the dispute and the limited company UK Muscle Nutrition, whereby Giles Thomas is pursuing Michael Sullivan for damages, valued members of the website will appreciate that full details of the complaint will not be posted until matters are fully resolved' -
